If you would like further personal support locally call the Quitline and they will put you in touch with the Smoking Cessation Officer in your area. The National Smokers' Quitline is an initiative of the Health Services Executive, in partnership with the Irish Cancer Society.

Self Help Groups Information
"Breathe" is a self help group for those who suffer with severe asthma set up by Geraldine Clarke. Geraldine Clarke suffers with severe asthma. She has set up "Breathe" for people to share their personal experiences of severe asthma and as a support group for friends and family too.
