Jessica Alba
Jessica Marie Alba (born April 28, 1981) is an American television and film actress.
She began her television and movie appearances at age 13 in Camp Nowhere and The Secret World of Alex Mack (1994). Alba rose to prominence as the lead actress in the television series Dark Angel (2000–2002).
She has also starred in American Action movies such as “The Fantastic Four” and “Sin City”.
Jessica Alba is amazed she's been able to make a name for herself in action movies - because she had so many ailments as a young child.
Her early life was marked by physical maladies. She suffered from pneumonia, a burst appendix and from asthma.
Jessica Alba had a particularly tough time with asthma as a child and twice suffered from a collapsed lung. ‘I had really bad asthma and was in hospital a lot from the ages of four to 12,’ she says. Despite her problems controlling her asthma as a child, Jessica has gone on to become a globally successful actress.
Jessica is a wonderful example of person with asthma who lives their “Life Without Limits”.
On May 19, 2008, she married Cash Warren and on June 7, 2008, Alba gave birth to the couple's first child, Honor Marie Warren.
