Frances Franklin is a veteran athlete with asthma. To date she has completed five marathons.
"I would say my asthma now is very mild in comparison to what it was before I started training. I still take my preventer medicine but I rarely have to take my reliever. In face the fitter I am, the less my asthma bothers me. I can breathe better, my intake of oxygen and my general health is way better from my training."
Frances is very modest about her incredible achievements, but she is an inspiration to many people, and especially those with asthma, to be active and not let asthma stand in the way of achieving their goals. She most definitely lives her life "Without Limits".
